How to Order

You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply add the items you require to your basket. You can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on 'My Basket'. When your order is complete, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and enter your customer details, delivery details and payment information. We will e-mail you with your order status shortly after you have placed your order.

Finding the right product

Quick Shop - If you are ordering from our catalogue and know the codes of the items you are interested in, the easiest way to find them on the site is to enter the codes in the Quick Shop code boxes on the home page.

Browse - Have a look through the categories listed down the left hand side of the screen to get an idea of what's available on the site.

Search - Type in keywords into the search box at the top of the screen, or into the advanced search page (top left under our logo), which allows you to carry out a more specific search.

Each product has its own page, which should give you all of the information you need to buy the product or obtain a quote, including an enlarged. Don't forget to look at the matching items on the right hand side of the page.

Select what you want to buy.
To add something to your shopping basket, click the 'Add to Basket' button on the main product page. Be sure to select the correct quantity and colour / size if required. You can always remove items later so don't worry if you're not sure at this stage.

Completing your purchase.

Review your basket - click on the 'View basket' button at the top of the screen. Amend the quantity ordered or remove an item if required.

Checkout - when you are happy with the contents of your basket click on the 'Go to checkout' button and you will be asked to fill in your name, address and contact details. If you have already registered with us, you will be given an opportunity to log-in to avoid you having to enter all of your personal information again. You will also be given an opportunity to send the goods to a different delivery address and to add delivery message with the order, if required.

Pay - The final stage takes you to a secure server where you enter your credit card details. This page is 100% secure to prevent it being accessed by anyone else.

Our Guarantee

We want you to be delighted with and enjoy the products you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. Trade Customers please refer to the Exchange and Refund section of the Terms & Conditions on the back of your wholesale price list , as these apply when ordering from this site . When trying on shoes for size please ensure they are worn on a carpet or a non-marking floor. We will not replace shoes or items of dancewear that have been danced in or used , tights will not be exchanged or refunded if removed from their original packaging , please check the size guide on the reverse of the packaging to ensure fit before removing . We recommend that you keep the original packaging and transport packaging until you are certain you intend to keep the goods.

Please complete the 'Returns Form' when returning goods to us , exchanges or refunds will not be processed unless accompanied with a completed returns form . For help completing this form please call 01952 602298 (Mon-Fri 9.a.m to 5.30 pm) .Please note carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty or if we have miss-picked your order. Delivery and Returns

Our delivery charges are as follows:

Orders with 1 item ordered have a £3.50 charge for postage & packaging.
Orders with 2 items ordered have a £4.75 charge for postage & packaging.
Orders with 3 or 4 items ordered have a £5.95 charge for postage & packaging
Orders with 5 or more items ordered are sent FREE of charge.

Dance Depot delivers to all areas of mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We despatch orders either via The Royal Mail on a first class service or via Parcelforce on a 24/48 hour delivery service - please note - neither of these is a guaranteed delivery. Packets/parcels we deliver can not, generally, be posted through a letterbox, so please ensure that the address you provide us with for delivery purposes has someone available to receive or sign for your delivery. If a delivery is attempted and fails you will receive a card indicating where your parcel is being held. Please contact the delivery service to arrange delivery or collection.

Our Refund Policy Is As Follows :

Goods for Return or Exchange must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of despatch, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. A Returns Note will be provided with the goods and this must be completed when returning goods .Trade Customers please refer to the Exhange and Refund section of the Terms & Conditions on the back of your whoesale price list as these apply when ordering from this site . If exchanging items Postage & Packaging will apply at the published rates to despatch exchanged items to you . When trying on shoes for size please ensure they are worn on a carpet or a non-marking floor. We will not replace shoes or items of dancewear that have been danced in or used , tights will not be exchanged or refunded if removed from their original packaging , please check the size guide on the reverse of the packaging to ensure fit before removing . We recommend that you keep the original packaging and transport packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. It is advisable to return goods on a registered delivery , we will take no responsibility for goods returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit , please ask the carrier you are using to advise on insurance and compensation levels to ensure they are suffice in the event the goods are lost or damaged in transit .Any delivery shortages must be reported to us in writing within 10 days from the date of Invoice, after this time no claim will be entertained.This does not affect your statutary rights .

Security

The security of your personal and credit card details is of the highest importance to us. We use the latest Internet encryption with 128 bit SSL software developed by RAS data.

When you are ready to enter your credit card details on the secure page, your browser will automatically inform you that encryption is being used.

Furthermore, all data stored on the secure server is encrypted again and protected by a firewall, the specification of which has been recognised by the major banks. We accept payment by Access, Mastercard and Visa, or Switch, Maestro and other debit cards. Your card will be charged on the day of despatch of the goods to you. You can also pay by cheque - simply send your order by post to: Dance Depot Ltd, Unit 3, Hortonwood 32, Telford TF1 7EU. Goods will not be sent until all funds have been cleared.



8) Will you send me junk emails?



Absolutely not. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only send you further information about our products if you specifically request it.



9) How do I cancel my order?



If you change your mind about anything, you can cancel the order as long as we have not already despatched it. Please contact us on 01952 277 082 or info@dancedepot.co.uk. If you have already received the goods, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt unused and in their original packaging for a full refund.

Privacy Policy

In order to process your order we need to ask for your name, address and contact details. We keep these details on file so that we know who our customers are and we can deal with any service queries or returns.

When you place your order you are given the choice about whether or not you would like us to contact you with email newsletters detailing product launches and special offers, and whether or not you would like to join our catalogue mailing list.

We sometimes make our mailing list available to other companies with products of a similar quality which we think may be of interest to you. If you do want your details to be passed on, you can let us know when you register or order.

Prices:
Prices quoted are all inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices exclude packing and carriage costs. Postage/freight will be charged at the published rates on our website or for trade customers in our catalogue/price list. Prices charged will be those ruling at date of despatch. All previous deals and promotions will end upon publication of the current catalogue/web site. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Dance Depot reserves the right to adjust prices if suppliers inform us of price changes at short notice. All prices are quoted without obligation and are subject to alteration without notice.

Delivery:
Orders placed before 1.00 pm on a week day will normally be sent that day , stock availability permitting. Goods are despatched on either 1st class service or by Parcelforce 24/48 hour delivery. None of these services are a guaranteed delivery.

Money Back Guarantee:
You may return any stock item within 30 days from date of despatch . Normal returns policy applies to all trade cutomers , please refer to the Terms & Conditions published on the back of your wholesale price list .Goods must be in their original condition and contained within their product packaging and then packed in suitable poly bag or a box for transport along with our official returns document.

We only provide samples for trade customers

Force Majeure:
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond reasonable control.

All products subject to availability. We reserve the right to allow substitute stock with slight style/colour variations to enable us to supply you a complete order. However, you will be contacted to confirm that you will accept alternative stock. Every effort is taken to recreate each item, but the colour reproduction is as accurate as modern resolutions will allow.
